Once again Megastar Chiranjeevi proved that he has golden heart. Recently Chiranjeevi extended his help to actor Ponnambalam who has been undergoing treatment for the kidney ailment.
After hearing the condition of actor Ponnambalam, Chiranjeevi came forward and donated Rs s 2 lakh to the actor to help him with his ongoing treatment at the hospital. Ponnambalam is known for playing the antagonist in several movies like Mugguru Monagallu, Gharana Mogudu, and more.
Ponnambalam started his career in the film industry as a stuntman and he is one of the popular name in the Tamil and Telugu movie industries. He was also a part of the controversial reality show Bigg Boss Tamil 2. Apart from being an actor, Ponnambalam also stepped in to the politics in 2011.
Ponnambalam thanked Megastar on the social media for his gesture by saying, “Chiranjeevi sir gave Rs lakh for my kidney transplant which was very helpful. I will never forget Chiru Sir’ help. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”
Last year, Versatile actor Kamal Haasan also came for the help of the actor Ponnambalam and assured him that he would bear the educational expenses of the actor’s kids. Kamal Haasan also helped him with the treatment of his kidney related ailments.
