The Chinmayanand rape case has been taking several twists everyday. As a shocking update, we got to know that the rape accused and BJP leader used to tear the clothes of the law student whenever she tried to resist his sexual advances.
This was disclosed by the district government counsel Anuj Singh. Anuj Singh said that as per the statement of the law student which says former Union Minister used to tear the clothes of the law student whenever she refuses to remove them on her own.
Onto such a heinous deed, the court has slapped him with the IPC Section 354D which reads, (a woman and contacts, or attempts to contact such woman to foster personal interaction repeatedly despite a clear indication of disinterest by such woman).
From the reports, it was also known that during the hearing of accused bail plea, SIT submitted proof of four persons along with Chinmayanand’s security guard confirmed saying, that law student frequently used to visit the Divya Dhaam. Recently the accused BJP leader has been discharged from hospital and now he is citing eye issues to visit the hospital once again, reportedly.
