This is the first time, De De Payaar de fame Rakul Preet Singh is sharing the screen space with Panja Vaisshnav Tej in an upcoming film which is titled Kondapolam. The movie Kondapolam is helmed by Krish who is known for helming Kanche and Gauthamiputra Satakarni. Today the makers of Kondapolam released the first look poster of Rakul Preet Singh as Obulamma.
A small glimpse from a song shows Panja Vaisshnav Tej hugging Rakul Preet Singh from behind in the forest. Rakul Preet Singh is playing the role of village belle and she who has got a meaty role.
The movie Kondapolam is touted to be an adventure drama adapted from a novel written by Sannapureddy Venkata Rami Reddy and the movie is bankrolled by First Frame Entertainments.
Few days ago, the makers also released the first look video of Kondapolam, it appears that the film is set in the backdrop of a forest, with Vaisshnav Tej presented in a raw look. Uppena hero was seen standing amidst some bushes in a forest at night watching some miscreants.
Vaisshnav Tej rose to fame with his first film Uppena, which was directed by Buchi Babu Sana. The film starred Krithi Shetty as the female lead while Vijay Sethupathi played the antagonist.
