Ram Gopal Varma aka RGV is known for making controversial movies, and making sensational comments on the celebrities. Now according to the latest report, RGV’ cousin P Som Sekhar has passed away in the  Hyderabad due to the coronavirus.

P Som Shekar was a part of the production of  romantic movies Rangeela, Daud, Satya, Jungle, and Company. He was close to Ramu and his sudden demise had disturbed RGV.

P Som Shekar was also a director and he  had also helmed the movies like Muskurake Dekh Zara which was penned by Anurag Kashyap.

Officer helmer Ram Gopal Varma said that, “P Som Shekar has not been with me for a while because he has  gone into other businesses since the last few years but he has been a very major part of my life and he will be missed terribly.”

JD Chakravarti who essayed the role of Satya in RGV’ film Satya has known P Som Shekar for over 33 years, said, “ you know we were more scared of  P Som Shekar than RGV, he was quite a disciplinarian, he had the habit of speaking into Ramu ji’s ears and we were worried if he is complaining about us.”

On the work front, RGV’ previous offering was D Company starring Ashwat Kanth, Naina Ganguly, Rudr Kant,  Irra Mor.
