According to the latest report, NCB detained a Telugu actress from a hotel room in Mira Road in connection with a drug racket on Saturday. NCB conducted raids at a hotel in Mumbai and detained a Tollywood actress. NCB’ raids were conducted on Saturday night at a hotel in Bhayandar (East), Mumbai. According to the latest report, 400 gms of MD was procured by Narcotics Control Bureau in this operation and it’s worth Rs 8 lakh to Rs 10 lakh.
The police have also caught a man named Chand Shaikh at Gurunanak Marg near Bandra railway station and recovered 400 gm of MD from the Bandra resident.
Drug peddler Chand Mohammad Shaik and the Telugu actress were caught red-handed in the operation. Meanwhile, drug supplier Saaed has fled the hotel room, he is still absconding in a raid. Meanwhile, the Telugu actress is being questioned. Narcotics Control Bureau is conducting raids at two places in the Western suburbs after getting information from the arrested people.
It is known news that number of top actresses like Deepika Padukone, Shraddha Kapoor, Sara Ali Khan, Rhea Chakraborty, Arjun Rampal, Bharti Singh, Haarsh Limbachiyaa – all names have popped up in the drug case. Recently Karan Johar was also issued a notice by the NCB- Narcotics Control Bureau in connection with the Bollywood drugs nexus.
