Uppena is an upcoming romantic Telugu film in which Vaishnav Tej is playing the lead role. Vaishnav Tej is the brother of Sai Dharam Tej and the upcoming film marks his acting debut in Telugu film Industry.

The makers of Uppena have already released two songs, which are composed by sensational music composer Devi Sri Prasad. ‘Nee Kannu Neeli Samudram’ song from Uppena has been a massive hit with music lovers. Even the second song ‘Dhak Dhak Dhak’ was also loved by the music lovers. Now Mahesh Babu is going to release Uppena’ third song. DSP is said to have provided a pleasant album for the film Uppena.
Uppena has Kriti Shetty in the female lead role. The romantic entertainer is directed by debutant Buchi Babu Sana and produced jointly by director Sukumar and Mythri Movie Makers banner. Uppena also marks the debut of Buchi Babu Sana as director.
