Prime Minister Narendra Modi, a biopic on the prime minister in whcih Vivek Oberoi is playing the lead role, will re-release in cinemas on 15th October. PM Narendra Modi biopic will be the first film to hit theatres post the lockdown. The trade analyst Taran Adarsh confirmed the news of PM Modi biopic re-release in theatres, on Saturday on social media.
It is known news that the government gave its green signal for theaters/ Cinema Halls to reopen across the country from this Thursday after a long break due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Now, several small budget and mid-range movies are gearing up to release once the screens get open.
PM Narendra Modi was initially released in the month of May last year. It is bankrolled by Sandip Singh and helmed by Omung Kumar, was released on 24th May 2019. The biopic also stars Boman Irani, Prashant Narayanan, Zarina Wahab, Barkha Bisht Sengupta, Anjan Shrivastav, Darshan Kumaar, Yatin Karyekar, Manoj Joshi, Rajendra Gupta, and Akshat R Saluja.
The biopic shows Narendra Modi’s journey from his early days in the RSS to his rise as the CM of Gujarat and finally as the Prime Minister of India. The makers of the biopic are very happy as the movie is going to be release re-releasing our film PM Narendra Modi.
