Senior actor Vankatesh Daggubati released a video message  and said, “100 % lockdown is the only solution to fight Covid-19, Coronavirus.  Venky Mama star Venkatesh added, “If you want to protect yourself, so stay at their houses. We have to the lockdown rules. Stay at home and be safe . During this lockdown time, You can do some yoga, exercise, meditation, catch up with old friends and watch Television. The Coronavirus is too dangerous. You can’t take it lightly.”

On 5th April Venkatesh extended his support to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi’ 9 Pm 9 minutes initiative. At exactly 9 pm, Venkatesh reached the terrace of his house by holding two lamps on both hands and showed towards the city which glitters with the lights of unity. Millions of Indian people responded to PM Narendra Modi‘s call to light the lamps, candles after switching off the light in the house.

On the work front, Venkatesh will be seen in revenge drama Naarappa, which is remake of  Tamil film Asuran, which is helmed by Srikanth Addala. Babu Bangaram star will complete the final schedule once the lockdown ends, before moving on to Tharun Bhascker’ directorial venture which is based on horse backdrop.

 We have already reported that  Venkatesh Daggubati, Rana and Suresh Babu donated Rs 1 Cr to both film and health department workers.
