Young actor Sharwanand is going through lean phase in his career. His last three films ended up as flops bringing out huge losses for all the distributors involved. Sharwanand is now doing the movie Sreekaram which is primarily based on farming. Small glimpse of the movie suggested the same. Sharwanand will be playing the role of NRI who returned to India with the interest in farming. The small glimpse looked cool and has the shades of a feel good entertainer which also preaches about the importance of farming. Debutante Kishore Reddy is directing the film and Sharwanand has put all his hopes on this project. Shooting of the film is almost complete except for one schedule. It will be wrapped once lock down period gets over.
While everything is looking positive for Sreekaram, from the past few days few speculations started to rise that Sreekaram is going to have huge similarities with Mahesh Babu‘s Maharshi which has been made on the same point of farming. We can recall that in Maharshi too, Mahesh will be seen as a CEO to top firm who returns from US and starts farming here.
While the similarities are evident, Sharwanand is worrying that this factor is going to be a hindrance for the movie success.
