Megastar Chiranjeevi thanked to his daughter-in-law Upasana Kamineni Konidela, who has pledged to give free medicines through Apollo pharmacies to all the daily wage workers from the film industry. Chiranjeevi took to Twitter to reveal that Upasana is a wonderful soul.
It is known news that recently on the occasion of Ugadi, Chiranjeevi made his debut on Twitter and Instagram. Sye Raa star has been spearheading Corona Crisis Charity, a relief fund which has been set up to help the daily wage workers from the Telugu film industry.
Number of Celebrities such as Allu Arjun, Chiranjeevi, Ram Charan, Sai Dharam Tej, Sukumar, Prabhas, Pawan Kalyan, Mahesh Babu, have donated big amounts to the CCC fund, and several others have come forward for the donation.
Upasana Kamineni Konidela always offers her helping hand to the poor and needy people at the time of disasters. Now that coronavirus has spread throughout India, Narendra Modi imposed a 21-day lockdown to India.
As a result of this, the daily wage workers of the film industry lost their jobs. So Upasana decided to provide the free medicines to them.
Impressed by Upasana’s charity, Chiranjeevi said, My dear D-I-L Upasana Thank you for coming forward to provide free medicines to all the daily wage workers. You are a wonderful soul.”
