The Telugu version was released on 1st January 2020 on the occasion of New year and received mixed response by the movie lovers and critics on its opening day. The original Kannada version Avane Srimannarayana was released on 27th December 2019. Amid the mixed response that the film is getting from the audience and critics, the film is making good numbers at the box office. Set in the 70’s and 80’s, the makers took almost two years in making the film. The film Avane Srimannarayana has been dubbed and released in five languages – Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam.
