The makers of Sarileru Neekevvaru have already started the promotional activities and yesterday they released the song Mind Block from Mahesh Babu and Rashmika Mandanna starrer. The song is crooned by Blaaze and Ranina Reddy whereas the lyrics are penned by Sri Mani and DSP. Sarileru Neekevvaru has the music by Devi Sri Prasad. The music lovers are not happy with the song Mind Block and music which is scored by Devi Sri Prasad. The fans of Mahesh Babu are demanding to change the music director of Sarileru Neekevvaru.
