Jana Sena President Pawan Kalyan released the manifesto on its foundation day at Rajamahendravaram on Thursday night for the 11th April election.

- 33 % reservation for women in the state Legislature
- Free solar power motors
- Special Development Plan for the backward north coastal Andhra by interlinking rivers, fishing harbours, modern agriculture and the vertical farms.
- Arts and Science college at every mandal level.
- Invitation and incubator hubs at the technical colleges.
- 10 lakh free health insurance, primary health center upgraded to 30 bedded hospital.
- Mobile diagnostic centers at every mandals.
- Rs 5,000 financial support at 75 Pisa interest to small businesses.
- Global market formation at Godavari districts with Rs 5,000 cr investment, which helps in the export and marketing of fruits, food, and agriculture products worldwide.
- At every mandals in all the districts, the food and agricultural processing unites will be formed
- Veligonda project will be completed so that Prakasam district may get water for drinking and irrigation
- 1st to PG free education scheme for the students
- Free transport service for the students, who have college id card
