
Keeping his word, Raghava Lawrence has commenced work towards constructing houses for the cyclone victims with a Bhoomi Pooja in Thanjavur district. This news is confirmed by the actor himself as he shared few pics of Bhoomi Pooja for constructing the house of an old lady named Sellakunju Kathan at Karisaikadu in Pattukottai Taluk in Manjavayal on his Twitter.
Raghava Lawrence captioned it, “Hai Friends and Fans..! Today we did Bhoomi Pooja for constructing house for this Amma. I feel extremely happy and once again I thank the boys who shared her video in social media and letting me know.”
Not only Raghava Lawrence, other actors like Superstar Rajinikanth, Vijay, Suriya and Vijay Sethupathi have contributed towards the Cyclone Gaja-hit districts in the state. Recently Tamil Film Producers’ Council (TFPC) president and actor Vishal announced that he will be adopting Kaarkavaiyal village in Thanjavur district. Vishal wrote on Twitter,” This village is mine. #kaarkavaiyaI thanjavur district. I swear I will bring back this village to normality and this will be my responsibility forever. Model village on the way.i luv u group #socialarchitects to help me achieve this.god bless.”
On the work side, Raghava Lawrence is busy in the shoot of his upcoming movie Kanchana 3. Apart from acting, he is also producing the movie. Sun Pictures is likely to release Kanchana 3 in Tamil Nadu and they fixed 18th April as the release date. Kanchana 3 also has other stars like Oviya, Kovai Sarala, Vedhika, Sriman, and others in supporting roles.
