Allu Sirish promoting Allu ArjunAllu Sirish has started to promote his elder brother Allu Arjun on social media sites. As Allu Arjun’s Arya 2 has completed 9 years today, Allu Sirish shared his feeling and revealed that after watching the movie, he became the fan of his brother- Allu Arjun.

 Allu Sirish took to his twitter today and wrote, “I hardly cry when watching films. On 27 Nov 2009, when I saw Arya place a knife on his throat threading to kill himself for his friend, I had tears rolling down my cheeks. That’s the moment I became transformed into an Allu Arjun fan.”

 Allu Sirish again wrote,” In my opinion, Arya 2 > Arya. It’s a cult film which most people dint get back then. Its the ultimate story of love, frienship and sacrifice. And my favorite Allu Arjun film till date. Thank you @aryasukku for making this gem.”

Arya, directed by Sukumar, was released on 7 May 2004. Apart from Allu Arjun, the film has other stars  Anu Mehta, and Siva Balaji in lead roles. Upon release, the film was declared a Blockbuster. Later it was remade into Bengali as Badha with Shakib Khan and Purnima, in Sinhala as Adaraye Namayen with Roshan Ranawana and Kishani Alanki, in Odia as Pagala Premi with Sabyasachi Mishra and Arpita Pal and in Tamil as Kutty with Dhanush  and Shriya Saran. An unrelated sequel Aarya 2 was released in 2009.

 Allu Sirish also opened about his upcoming movie ABCD and revealed that  Gold Mine Stars which previously acquired Allu Arjun starrer Sarrainodu acquired satellite and digital rights of his ABCD for a whopping INR 2.5 Cores.

 Allu Sirish wrote on Twitter, “Manishji of Goldmine Telefilms has the Hindi dubbing rights of most Bunny’s films. It’s of personal significance to me that he acquired the Hindi rights of ABCD. Excited that our film air on national television. @GTelefilms @madhurasreedhar.”
